Pro Surance Agency was started in November 2004 by Dan Vinton. Dan had a lot of years experience in selling insurance in California, and for a local agency. Dan opened Pro Surance Agency in the same office building that the agency still operates at 3806 E. Pikes Peak Suite 101 in Colorado Springs. Dan ran the office by himself until Michelle Marquez came to work for him in June of 2005. Michelle is still working at Pro Surance Agency as the Agency Manager.
On July 1, 2014 wanting to do something else for a career, Dan sold the agency to longtime friend and co-worker Randy Troyer. Randy took over the agency with the goal of continuing to operate it exactly as Dan had run it for the previous 10 years. He kept Michelle as the Agency Manager and hired more help for the busy office. The agency continues to thrive by offering old fashioned customer service to the local clientele.

Michelle Marquez
Michelle Marquez is a highly respected leader and seasoned veteran of the insurance industry. Beginning her career in Colorado Springs in 2000, she quickly honed her expertise and joined the ProSurance team in 2005. As our Agency Manager, Michelle is the driving force behind our exceptional service, known for her excellent reputation and unwavering willingness to help customers find effective, personalized solutions to any challenge. Outside of the office, Michelle is a dedicated mother to three boys alongside her husband.
Ashley Quinones
A dedicated local professional and a longtime resident of Colorado Springs, Ashley brings a strong foundation of community knowledge to the ProSurance team. She is a proud graduate of School District 11. Ashley began her career with ProSurance in January 2022 as a highly organized receptionist, quickly establishing herself as a vital part of the team. After successfully obtaining her license in 2025, she has transitioned into an agent role, becoming an invaluable member of our team committed to serving our clients with expertise and dedication.
Juan "Eddie" Gonzalez
Eddie is a longtime employee of the insurance industry. He worked for years as the Marketing Manager for Rio National Insurance. He has worked in customer service at another local agency for several years. He started at Pro Surance Agency in July of 2016. Eddie is a fitness nut and is an instructor of yoga and “The Melt” fitness program. Eddie is excellent in his customer service skills and has been used as a trainer of customer service at Pro Surance Agency by his current and previous employers.
Zaida DeLuna Reyes
Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Zaida embarked on a new journey when she moved to Colorado at the age of 20 with her husband, son, and their beloved family of dogs. Zaida joined ProSurance in 2019 and has been a trusted and committed agent ever since. She is passionate about helping clients navigate their insurance needs and providing service that reflects her deep personal commitment to the community she now calls home.
